- At
a symposium at
the National University of Public Services this week, Hungarian
Prime Minister
Viktor Orbán unveiled a strategy of "economic neutrality," which
Hungary is implementing in an effort to break away from the
current Western
ideology and its devastating impact on the European economy.
"Many changes
- epidemic, war, energy crisis, inflation and meanwhile growing
Asian economies
- that have happened recently have changed the world economy,
and those who
don't adapt to it will lose," Orbán said today in a regular
interview for
Kossuth radio. As indicated by the Prime Minister, the strategy
is to be
implemented gradually. But Orbán, for example, did not mention
what legal
consequences this economic policy of economic neutrality would
have with regard
to EU law.
